Making a Return? No Worries.

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out, so let us make things right. First, read through our Returns Policy, then get the ball rolling on your online return.
Our US Exchange and Return Policy
The following policy applies to domestic orders only.

 

Refund: (if applicable)
Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a shipping fee and $25 restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Eligibility Window:
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 7 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Exchanges must be received within 14 days also.

 

Items Not Eligible for Refund:
Items marked as final sale.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
Returns received after 14days of the original order shipment date.
Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Non-Apparel Items: Unfortunately accessories are non-refundable.
Accessories include but not limited to Phone Cases, Rechargeable Phone Cases, Power Banks.

 

How do I return an item I received as a gift?
If you received an order from C&S Innovative solution as a gift, you can exchange! Please contact Customer Care to get your free shipping label.

 

Return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you’re returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you’ll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

 

What if there was something wrong with my order?
Call us right away so we can make things right. Reach us at 248-979-1699. We’ll gladly guide you through the returns process.

How to Make an International Return

 

International Returns Eligibility Window:
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 14 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).

We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased Online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 14 days after the purchase. CSINNOVATIVE.com orders may be returned by mail to the address provided via email.

Mail Returns only, please follow instructions given in the return policy.

Response to emails are within 24hours during regular business days only, and return within 72 hours during the weekends.
